Information Advantage Instructor/Writer

Job Description:
Unparalleled Success is seeking a highly motivated Information Advantage Instructor/Writer to support the Army Cyber School at Fort Eisenhower, GA.
The Army Cyber School, under the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE), trains Cyber Branch personnel (MOS 17A, 170A, and 17C) to support Army Cyber Command's Cyber Mission Force (CMF) teams. This position will provide instructional and curriculum development support, ensuring compliance with USCYBERCOM J7, Army University SALT, Unified Land Operations, Army Learning Model (ALM) principles, and all relevant TRADOC regulations (e.g., TRADOC REG 350-70).
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver Information Advantage instruction for Cyber/17 Series professional military education courses.
• Maintain classrooms and ensure training materials align with Army Cyber School requirements.
• Assist in identifying critical tasks and learning objectives for course development.
• Review, update, and modify course materials, lesson plans, and assessment plans.
• Develop and present training support documents, including Programs of Instruction (POI) and practical exercises.
• Demonstrate professionalism and model behavior consistent with Army standards.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience in U.S. Army Maneuver, Fire, and Effects fields (MOS 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19), Functional Area 29 or 30, or MOS 25, 29, or 35 with at least:
o 24 months of experience at the Brigade Combat Team (BCT) or Division level, or
o 5 years total of BCT experience in leadership roles as an Officer, Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO), or Warrant Officer (WO).
• Minimum rank: E8 (NCOs), WO3 (Warrant Officers), or O3 (Commissioned Officers).
• Graduate of Senior Leader Course, Captain’s Career Course, or Command and General Staff College (or equivalent at the time).
• At least 2 years of experience within the last 5 years in Information Advantage core tasks, including:
o Enabling Decision Making
o Protecting Friendly Information
o Informing Domestic Audiences
o Informing and Influencing International Audiences
o Conducting Information Warfare
• Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance (TS/SCI) required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, an additional 3 years of relevant experience may be considered.
